Shipping and Delivery
We now deliver to pretty much everywhere in the world, even to Australia. Although we always recommend for Aussie orders you visit our dedicated Australia store
If you order before 3 pm with a New Zealand delivery address, we will dispatch your package the same business day. You should receive it within 24-48hrs. Rural and international deliveries typically take a little longer and should be with you in 2-5 days.
Shipping is free if you spend over $25, or if you order 500g of coffee or more. Rates are as follows:
Less than 249g - $3.00
250g - 499g - $1.50
International shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. We ship via NZ Post or DHL Express to offer you a good range of pricing. If you are ordering coffee we'd like to get your order to you as soon as possible so we'd recommend DHL, It's not the cheapest, but we reckon it's the best in terms of ensuring your package gets to you in good time.

How we use your information
Every order you place will generate an e-mail confirmation. You will also receive a final email confirming the dispatch of your coffee order. We will also get in touch with you (via phone or email) if we anticipate any delays with your order, or if we are unexpectedly out of stock of a particular item.
We also periodically send out an email newsletter. If you would like to receive our newsletter, which is full of coffee releases, product updates and general goings-on at Coffee Supreme, please "opt-in" to our mailing list by completing the form located on the homepage
We will not sell, trade, rent, or give individually identifying information to third parties. We use the personal information collected from you in the order process to help us deliver your order, to contact you about your order if we have questions, and to improve our site to serve you better.
